Salon update Saturday December 19th 2020 – Due to the new tier 4 restrictions for the London area, the salon will be closed until January. At the moment we’re not sure when our reopening date will be, but we will announce as soon as we know. Many apologies for this situation. Please stay safe and we will see you again in 2021!

APPOINTMENTS

Please book your appointment in advance by email. 
Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, please confirm while booking that neither you, nor anyone you live with or have been contact with, has any symptoms of COVID-19 / is ill or self-isolating. Please read here for more details.

CANCELLATIONS

We operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. Unfortunately, cancellations received after this time will incur a charge of 100% of the treatment rate. However, if you are feeling unwell this charge will be waived for safety reasons.

 

PAYMENT

We’d like to ask for your payment prior to your session via BACS, to reduce the amount of contact with materials. We’ll inform you the bank details once we’ve made an appointment. However, we also accept cash as well on your appointment day, if prefer.
We are sorry but we do not accept any credit/debit cards.

The salon is located in an area with no parking restrictions. If you are coming to us by car, please feel free to park wherever you like on Ellington Road.
