Aromatic hair tonic for migraines and healthy hair

Today, let’s take a look at a ‘wonder water’, designed to eliminate migraine headaches by cooling down the head area and, as a bonus, stimulating hair growth!

Rosemary water

 

Aroma hair tonic for migraines and hair growth

Materials:

  • Rosemary aromatic distilled water (20 ml)
  • Rose fragrance distilled water (25ml)
  • Vegetable Glycerin (2.5 ml)
  • Anhydrous alcohol (2.5 ml)
  • Essential oils:
    • Rosemary (8 drops)
    • Peppermint (4 drops)
    • Lavender (3 drops)

Mix all the essential oils and anhydrous alcohol in a glass container. Gradually add rose aromatic distilled water. Stir well, then add glycerin and dissolve. Finally add the rosemary aromatic distilled water and mix thoroughly. Put the mixture into a spray bottle. Cool it down in the refrigerator for a while. When using, be sure to shake the bottle and spray over the whole head.

First dissolve the essential oil with alcohol and add water to blend it well. By adding glycerin and stirring you can prevent cloudiness, to some extent. Finally, add water again to adjust the blend.
