A moisturizering toner available in the UK | RICE FORCE | Environ
Today, I’d like to talk to you about moisturizing toner, in other words, “a skin lotion”. This is not commonly used in the UK, but is often seen in the Japanese cosmetic market.
For me, Rice Force Deep Moisture Lotion is probably the best moisturizing toner in the world!
The active ingredient Rice Power No. 11 extract has been approved by the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare as a new active ingredient for improving the skin’s water retention function.
You can feel the skin become hydrated and ‘plumped up’, so this product is very effective for anti-aging effects as well.
You can also make an instant moisturizing face sheet mask soaked with the lotion.

This is a lotion especially for those who have dry or sensitive skin, and it’s also a powerful ingredient for winter care.
Environ Vitapeptide Toner is good for mature skin, and for those who wish to gain anti-aging benefits.
In terms of moisturizing the skin, it is less effective than Rice Force Deep Moisture Lotion, but is a “thicker” toner type instead, which is not really a common skin-toning product to find in Britain.
Niacinamide, the active ingredient, has a pigmentation-inhibiting effect. In addition, it helps synthesize ceramide and has a blood circulation-promoting effect. It enhances the barrier function of the skin to prevent dryness, and helps to improve the firmness and elasticity of the skin.
In addition, Matrixil is a peptide component that promotes the production of collagen and elastin, which is great for anti-aging skin care.
If you are concerned with pigmentation and aging skin, this toner would be recommended. It can enhance the effectiveness of your skin care routine even further.
With both products, you can apply it either by soaking into cotton and placing over the skin, or by spreading it directly using your palm.
Lastly, I want to introduce a method to make your skin toner more moisturized!
A simple trick is to add about 10-20% of glycerin. Glycerin is the main moisturizing ingredient for toner, and is also sold at pharmacies or organic shops.
Of course, modifying an off-the-shelf product is done at your own risk, but this is one of the options to keep the toner moist.
Glycerin precipitates, so shake well to mix.
