The Matsu course is the most elite treatment we offer – the combination listed above leads to a beautiful and healthy mind, body and spirit!
① First, we check your physical condition (including pre-existing conditions), and whether you have any concerns with medication or allergies. Then we will discuss your concerns and what you need from your treatment, and we will create the required program for you.
➁ Beginning with the steam cleansing back treatment, followed by a full body scrub.
③ A tailor-made Therapeutic massage including Stone Therapy, aromatherapy and reflexology warms you and helps ease muscular stiffness, helping to balance the body.
※ Aromatherapy is a type of massage therapy to harmonise the mind and body, by combining a blend of essential oils from the aromatic extracts of plants. In this Matsu course, it is also possible to blend essential oils from unusual Japanese plants such as Yuzu and Hinoki to meet your concerns.
※ Reflexology is a holistic therapy to improve the function of your internal organs. It helps to normalise the hormonal system by stimulating the reflex points on the soles of your feet. This is a very unique therapy as it works on all systems of the body, including the endocrine system, all from your feet!
※ ’Ki’ energy will relax the mind and body and enhance your natural healing power, by passing the life force energy of the universe to the chakra points of the body.
※ Stone Therapy is a form of massage therapy using warmed basalt and chilled marble stones. Thanks to the vibrations of these naturally-sourced stones, the grace of nature will inspire your spiritual power!
④ Then we move to the facial. First of all, we’ll clean your skin of dirt through Steam cleansing.
⑤ Vitamin penetrations help radiate and plump up your skin.
⑥ We decide on facial techniques that are tailored to the state of your skin. This is a “haute couture” facial massage for each person!
⑦ We apply a facial mask to suit your condition, for reviving, nourishing and moisturising the skin. (※ those who suffer with claustrophobia, please inform us in advance.) During the time the mask is applied, we’ll carry on the body massage.
